Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2025

By accessing or using Manitoba Crown Land (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Important: Map Accuracy Disclaimer

The maps and geographic data displayed on this Service are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

  • All land boundary data, land classification layers, and geographic features are sourced from third-party government open-data portals (provincial ministries, federal agencies, and regional authorities). We aggregate and display this data as a convenience but do not independently verify it.
  • You must always verify land status, access conditions, and applicable regulations directly with the relevant government authority before entering any area. Land boundaries, classifications, and access rules change frequently.
  • This Service is not a legal reference. It does not replace official maps, land titles, permit systems, or regulatory documents. Do not rely on it to determine ownership, legal boundaries, or your right to access any land.
  • Map data may be out of date, incomplete, or inaccurate. Displayed boundaries are approximate and may not reflect the most current state of any parcel, park, reserve, or zone.
  • We are not responsible or liable for any consequences arising from decisions made based on the information displayed on this Service, including but not limited to trespassing, fines, property damage, personal injury, or loss.

Always consult official government sources and, where necessary, a qualified professional before making any decision about land access, use, or activities.
